Our apartments are move-in ready with a kitchenette and dishware. Upon your arrival, the bed is made, and towels are provided. No need to clean upon departure, as housekeeping is included. "Staff made an effort to make it a nice stay but location is far from Chartrons, other guests noisy"

It was very clean and nicely presented. However, it was 25 minute walk from the Chartrons tram stop so not sure you could call it “Chartrons”. The area where it is located was not so pleasant. Even if it was accessible by tram and bus from the centre and airport

It was not located in the Chartrons district. So the name was a little misleading. Also at night you could hear other noisy guests slamming doors and being loud and inconsiderate.

Très bien situé

Pas de parking propre à l'hôtel, très compliqué pour se garer (places payantes) c'est vraiment dommage. Personnellement c'est le seul et unique point négatif.
