Good size of room and that staff helped us move due to the elderly father we had with us

That you didnt really cater for elderly, and need to say in the booking section. There were lots of stairs and not enough ramps. Dinner was undercooked and that may be due to the language barrier.

Les équipements

L’adresse(59 rue Dr Finley impossible à trouver).Quand on rentre au 194 à l’accueil et que on est coincé dans le sas les deux personnes à l’accueil au lieu de venir vous voir se lèvent et vont demander à leur collègue de venir expulser un Noir qui est dans le sas et ne devrait pas y être.Bref le monsieur arrive et sans le bonjour d’usage me demande (vous voulez quoi?)je lui réponds que je cherche le 59 de la rue Finley pour une réservation.Reponse:C’est dehors à gauche. Je sors et je rappelle.Une des personnes à l’accueil avec un accent (pays de l’Est) me dit c’était vous dans le sas?je dis oui et vous êtes parties toutes les deux chercher de l’aide pour mettre le Noir dehors sans savoir que j’étais juste venu chercher les clés.C’est la première fois et la dernière car l’expérience que j’ai vécue était très blessante.
