Personal super amabil si primitori, ospatarii de nota 10, mancarea foarte buna si micul dejun variat dar repetitiv, camere curate si mari, caldura in camera , zona de spa foarte frumoasa si relaxanta, locul de joaca pentru copii super ok.🤗🥰 Recomandam cu drag aceasta locatie.Multumim pentru cadoul primit la plecare !🙏😊🤗Cu siguranta vom revenii la aceasta locatie.

Room was cleaned only once in 4 days. We didn’t have a trash can in our room.

Amazing breakfast with a lot of options to choose from, really delicious meals with quality ingredients and staff was pretty cool. Quite warm since it had floor heating and you could regulate based on your needs. The SPA was also quite good and clean.

There were a lot of children in the SPA relax zone who were causing noise and opening sauna/steam room doors so that's something that should be handled in a better way. Another thing that I was missing was some kind of hanger in the room to put your jackets on as well as a hanger where you can put your wet clothes so they can dry out.

New and clean hotel. Room was very spacious and clean, view from balcony was spectacular! Staff were very friendly especially to our kids, the guys in the restaurant were very kind. Pool was great and not crowded at all, kids enjoyed it! Food in the restaurant was great! Location is also good, the ski bus passes in front of the hotel at a specific time and there is 15 min drive to the ski lifts. Overall 10/10 experience, we will be back for sure!
