No cleaning and bed changes during the whole week!!! No drinking water in the room. No any dryers for ski suits and equipment. No disposable accessories for washing and showering.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel, not in the apartments. The hotel is clean, cozy, warm in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and bright. Cleaning is on request or every 2-3 days. If you need anything you can let the front desk know and it will be taken care of immediately, this was in our case. Staff both hotel and restaurant very friendly. The food in the morning is swedish buffet but diversified and tasty, in the evening for those who have half board, there is a la carte from a menu preselected by the restaurant staff, but there are sufficient and tasty choices. The hotel spa is not very big but it fulfills the necessary conditions for relaxation after a day of skiing. The hotel is about 6 km away from the ski slopes, but you can easily reach it by private car or there is an hourly bus service which stops right in front of the hotel.

Sometimes you can smell the sewage in the bathroom, but on the good side there are windows and you can air it out.

Floor heating was good. The personell knew English and was very friendly especially towards kids.

People smoking everywhere even at the tables with food next to kids. Rooms are missing wall hangers for coats or any place to dry skiing accessories. Parking was pain overall. Parking spots were not being cleaned up from snow, there were no spots left after night skiing and my car was taken away when i parked it next to main road. Lost 3 hours and 17000RSD

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Außerdem ist das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It's about 15 mins from the ski center (by car). Facilities are new, there is a small SPA with pool and saunas. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Dinner waiting time can be very long. Cleaning lady was visiting our room maybe once in 7 days.
