This was a spacious 2 bedroom villa overlooking the pool. The pool closed at a reasonable hour, so no worries about noise. There were a couple of decks and the bedrooms were well spaced out. The beds were large and comfortable. It was great being within the Novotel resort with access to all their facilities, including a shuttle to a lovely outdoor mall called the Bali Collection and the beach. Food outside the resort area was reasonably priced. Lastly our son forgot some money he had left in a drawer. Our thanks to the hotel housekeeping staff who found it and returned it. We were very grateful for their honesty.

Great value for money accommodation, clean and tidy apartment overlooking the pool, lovely outlook and close to main resort amenities. Buffet breakfast was awesome and worth the spend for our 8 & 12 yr old kids, lunch was often just a snack mid afternoon. The complimentary photo was a lovely surprise. Out the rear of the resort an excellent little place to eat for gorgeous local food - Warung Made's.

A few more provisions like cups, plates etc would be good. Bed was rock hard - mattress topper could be an option to improve. Novotel staff were friendly but there was a communication barrier around organizing taxis several times.

Das Regenwetter im September. Die Couch war unbequem. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Mooi, groot, schoon en strak appartement in het Novotel. Je kunt gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van het hotel. Uitzicht op het zwembad. Twee badkamers en twee balkons. Goede prijs. Mooi, leuk zwembad. Veel faciliteiten.

Voor ons bleek Nusa Dua het echt niet te zijn. Op veel plekken in Bali geweest, maar dit voelde niet echt als Bali meer. Maar als je het wel een fijne plek vindt dan is het appartement zeker een aanrader. Prijzen voor bijv eten en drinken bij het hotel zijn duur in vergelijk met de rest van Bali. Toen we vroegen om een extra wc rol moesten we er voor betalen omdat we niet in het Novotel zelf zitten. Dat vonden we belachelijk.

The apartment was fantastic (it's from a private host). It's a private residence in the hotel, but you can use all amenities of the hotel (but there is no/limited room service - just a towel change I think). The host/ owner was super friendly/ generous and also quickly replied in case of a question.

This is completely out of the control of the owner of the residence, which was great and deserves the top rating. However, we still would like to raise the following issues we experienced: unfortunately, the Novotel service was below par this year (we have stayed here several times before across the years). Examples: We could only get a key to the apartment on day 2 because the keying machine wasn't working (they let us into the room with a Masterkey - we had to request access every time we wanted to leave and get back to the room). Several times they ran out of towels at the pool in the afternoon (so you had to get your own or couldn't use the pool) and for the whole week, there was just 1 item of a whole list available at the beach bar. These things can happen of course, but not every day (and for a hotel that charges premium prices especially not). Service at the beach could also be improved in general. The rather disappointing service for the price class seems to reflected in the Novotel rating too (not the private residence one, the hotel one), which has a rating below 8 now and is lower than that from all adjacent hotels.

L'appartamento è molto bello, molto pulito e molto grande. E' inserito nel resort Novotel e per questo si può usufruire di piscina, spiaggia privata con teli mare, navetta per la spiaggia (che comunque è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti). Il personale viene a fare pulizia il lunedì e il giovedì. Il personale è gentilissimo. Nelle vicinanze si può fare la spesa in tanti supermercati

Come sempre in queste strutture, sembra di essere in una riserva protetta e non avrai la minima idea di cosa sia Bali. Perfetta per riposarsi a fine viaggio o se hai bambini piccoli e vuoi una situazione molto "tutelata".

The location within the resort was great, really close to the pool and the restaurant. The room has 2 balconies overlooking the pool, it’s a beautiful view with lovely afternoon sun. 2 huge bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room with a smart TV with Netflix etc. The air con was amazing and was zoned in the living room and bedrooms which was great.
