If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. A fee of approximately EUR 80 applies if you are traveling with a pet. A vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival and there is a maximum of 1 pet per apartment. The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon arrival. The beds are made on arrival, with the exception of sofa beds. A cleaning kit and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included, but you will have to clean the dishes and the kitchen before your departure. Failure to do so may result in charges. "Superb"

Would recommend CGH. Close to town / close to the Grand Massif lift. Very good value (at least for when we were there) and great facilities. Staff were friendly. Only comment would be parking should be included in the price, as there is ample underground car parking. Would come again or recommend. Samoens is a lovely small little town that's not too touristy.

I found a bit bizarre the check-out process where you are asked to undo the beds and put all bedsheets and towels in the bath. I see how this makes things easier for them but with the price you pay I would expect they take care of that.

The staff at the hotel were grumpy. It’s fairly obvious they don’t like English
