CGH Résidences & Spas La Reine des Prés

Location of the hotel is awesome, it's just inbetween the skilift station and between the city centre - nearest crociery shop (Sherpa) just few hundred meters away :) Spa / pool / sauna area was nice warm and clean.

For some reason we didnt get wifi working reliably and in the room 5g / 4g coverage wasnt great either, but as it was a holiday then this was kinda nice actually (to be more offline :)

Unuseable wifi, you cant check the weather forecast let alone work. Avoid unless you really want to be off the grid

Great swimming pool

Wifi not working intermittently for minutes at a time. Reception open on a limited basis 4 pm arrival time. No beds / pillow covers or trowels for fifth person.

Location of the apartment was good , unlike the cleanliness and the fact the heating in the room didn’t get fixed for 3 days !! Not good at all

The heating took 3 days to fix and the apartment wasn’t clean over all

Cleanliness of the room was poor on arrival; hair and dirt all over the floor. Dirty, overused duvets. Spa full of children and very noisy, children in adults only jacuzzi. Reception closed for 2 hours between 12-2, transfer was at 1350 therefore we had to take our bags out of storage and sit outside. Staff were unhelpful and were unable to provide a solution.

pool good size but little cool. Jacuzzi not warm enough

Arrived after 10am and no one to deal with us. Thankfully a porter let us in to store our luggage

Cold showers at pool often!
