Wonderful, modern and very spacious. The majority of the place was clean, and the amenities were beyond what I needed. I stayed for 2 nights, the receptionist was very kind and humble. Never failed to smile. The beds were comfortable, the showers were clean and the decor was great. The value for money you get with this is amazing, and the location is good too. Good walking distance to some restaurants, 30 minute walk to the city centre and buses around the corner if you don't fancy the walk.

The sockets in the wall of Room 3 are hanging out of the wall and would pose a shock risk if a child would touch this. I would suggest someone reattach this as soon as possible.

The floor felt sticky when barefooted. Perhaps it is the type of floor cleaner used?

The hotel has a great location Large apartments, good layout, appliances and furniture in good condition. Close to bus stop, easy access to city center

The dishes are dirty and there are no sponges and dishwashing detergents to wash them, the mugs are chipped - it is impossible to drink from them. The drain in the shower does not work very well.

Easily one of the best Apart/hotels I stayed in. High standard, very well equipped with a sea and Aya Sofia view. The rooms were spotless. The location is central, you could reach The Maydan using the mini bus in 10min. The one bedroom apartment is for couples the best option (even if on booking it says it is only for one person, that's not accurate). The Tv has a working Netflix account if that's something that raises your interest. Absolute recommendation for a long stay in Trabzon.

The flat was clean. The employees were good. The location was perfect. AC was working fine!

Just one thing they need to develop is the bed mattress. It was too hard and not comfortable. It is a type of poor quality!
