"Disappointing Stay with a Convenient Location"

The location is a positive aspect, as it is within walking distance of Manipal Hospital. The place can be considered convenient for those visiting for medical treatment.

The property did not match the photographs provided on the website. The balcony was dirty and covered with bird droppings, and the towels were not clean. Additionally, the lift occasionally had issues. Overall, despite the name, the property did not meet expectations and requires improvement. As it is a service apartment, it would be appropriate to provide at least one table for basic convenience.

"Comfortable Stay, very convenient"

Very close to manipal hospital. I stayed there with two patients. Super convenient for me to manage the hospital visits.

No water filter was installed, had to manage water bottle everyday. Also they do not have wifi enabled TV.

"Amazing and recommended"

Close to Manipal Hospital. Good restaurants around. Especially Zaitooni Restaurant. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. This is our third time here and definitely not the last. See you again!!
