Staffs are very rude..and water is an essential need..they don't even provide that ...they are charging for it..if we question it they are talking about the room tarrif telling that you are staying in offer price right..what is the need for that..they could have said it's our hotel policy that's it .but they are taking irrespectively and rude to clients..

Front desk people are rude. And restaurant food is worst and costly. On each starter they charged 100rs extra and not given the reason.

Rooms layout

Stuff didn't reply for early check-in sooner after arriving, trying to charge us for 2 days and replied to us on app that room is not available for early check-in when we arrived after discussion for 30 mins that booking has confirmed request and we had check on same day at night 11:00 so,they won't charge us double. Very rude staff and there no hot water till10:00 in morning 😒
