First we asked them if it was two rooms bedroom apartment. They said yes. But the reality if one bedroom with a queen bed in sitting room. Other then that it is ok. Apartment are without kitchen. Don’t mislead by photos

No two separate rooms are there in two bedrooms Its just sofa bed(queen bed) placed in sitting room.

Staff behavior worst

The below attached cafe snack and tea was awesome and the night dinner was good and tasty. They provide washing machine to wash our clothes and we have one balcony to dry our clothes.

Booked studio room but it's a normal room and the transparent bathroom was horrible door are not closed properly and one double bed adjoining so called one bed and the bed kept moving while sleeping all bed same it seems. The bathroom water kept coming out and the room was wet all time. Water bottle only provided one time and if you stay few days no more drinking water provided, no soap and no towel all provided only during check in and not after that even for few days. Room were too small and no place to keep bags and have to keep inside the cabinet. Poor service. Pillow was too tiny and 2 days I didn't sleep well wasted of my night sleeping there without peace.

Had booked the stays for new year and the manager/host called me up asking me to cancel my booking since it was already reserved for the dates i had booked for. And also specified that the bookings app had some issue for refering me to this stay though the property was booked. I had to reserve another stay elsewhere and later raised an issue in bookings app regarding the incident. And the upon bookings app intervention the manager called me up stating my stay has been confirmed. This is truely unprofessional
