- Location is fantastic. On the seafront, opposite a tram stop & near the pier. - Air conditioning was a life saver. - Shower was decent and powerful. - Check in & Check out was relatively straight forward.

- Upon Checking in we were told that we had to pay a £100 security deposit. This was NOT communicated on Booking.com before our visit nor does it state anywhere on their page. While it was understandable as we were a large group but we were still not pleased about it and probably would have stayed somewhere else. - Cleanliness was dreadful. Carpets were filthy, windowsills were covered in dust. This place needs to hire decent cleaners. - No milks included with the tea/coffee facilities. - Vending machine didn’t work just taken our payments and did nothing. - One of the sofa beds was tiny and half broken. How can you expect an adult to sleep on that? - One of the air conditioning remotes was missing batteries.

The actual venue was fine. Big enough, seemed clean.

The noise was the worst I have ever encountered at any establishment I have ever stayed at. The room above sounded as if the occupants or whoever was in there was having a game of football or something. The banging was as if the ceiling was going to cave in. This wasn't an occasional thing, this went on for hours and didn't stop at all. At all. Not once. After around four hours of this it became clear that it wasn't going to stop, so I left the residence and checked in to another establishment nearby. I will never be going there again and I cannot NOT recommend this place enough. Avoid it.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you would need. The location was great, just a short walk to Central pier. The air con was amazing as it was so hot the weekend we chose. The hot tub was nice and relaxing as we booked for my grandaughters 7th birthday. It was located off one of the double bedrooms, leading to a private yard at the rear of the property.

First impressions were not great but this could of been due to the fact pier on pier was on and we didn't know, so Blackpool wasn't child friendly this weekend. Men and women drinking outside the building and inside, been rude and loud. A few interrupted the host a few times when I was trying to check in, which I wasn't happy about. The apartment wasn't as clean as I would of liked, I found dirt and dust in corners and a playing card under our bed in the room I was sleeping in. So clearly it hadn't been cleaned properly. Some of the furniture could do with cleaning or replacing a previous guest had broken the shelf in the fridge so you couldn't stand your milk up, which meant it leaked. I had to tape the shelf on whilst we were staying.

The location was the only good thing

It was absolutely minty, the room had definitely not been cleaned, no light bulbs, dust everywhere no toilet roll was singing

Beautiful apartment fantastic location very well equipped with everything needed staff were absolutely brilliant

Some noise from other guests woke the children in the night but not the apartment management fault at all it's what you expect I guess from others out drinking

Been going for 3 years now but noticed a difference in the cleanliness.

Wasn’t as clean as the previous years and the back bedroom on the ground floor with the hot tub was smelling of cigarette smoke Also the building next door has a building light that shines right into the bedroom.

The apartment was filthy the whole way through.
