Location.

It needs cleaning properly, there was sand on the floor, the floors were absolutely filthy, you’d think we’d been walking around barefoot outside the colour of our feet from it. The place could have great potential with better furnishings, decor and through cleaning. Seems to be one guy running it alone and he doesn’t know how to clean at all.

The sea side view was amazing!!

During use of the shower, water leaks from the shower enclosure onto the bathroom floor, causing water to spread to the surrounding area

The location is fantastic right on the sea front, and sea view from the double windows. A/C was really powerful and kept the room nice and cold. Good shower and bathroom. Comfy beds.

A bit short on utensils/pots and pans in the kitchen. Some parts could have done with a more thorough cleaning.

Good sized apartment, handy location. Friendly, helpful staff. Its great we could use the bar in the hotel and also the convenience of the 'help yourself trolley' for things such as toilet roll and disposable trays. The vending machines are also a great idea, stocked full of things you might forget and priced very reasonably.

No brush & pan set or hoover for cleaning up. Unfortunately our roof was leaking one night - staff were helpful and provided towels and thankfully the bed underneath wasn't being used but unfortunately I do not know if anyone did look at the roof the next day as I wasn't informed that anyone had been in our apartment whilst we were out.

Location - almost directly opposite south pier. Great access to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Space - had everything you need in a little self contained apartment Shower - nice and powerful Staff - lovely staff, no issues whatsoever.

Great location and easy access to everything. Very welcoming man on reception who was very helpful. Secure building where rooms cards are used to enter everywhere, reception, building next door and apartment. Great value for money !

Aircon was a little unreliable to start but I think we were unable to work it ourselves properly . Ones used to the buttons and system if worked like a treat. We had an apartment for 8 but only 6 towels, went to reception and he gave us more plus extra and was very helpful. These are just minor issues.
