Noise, people always slamming doors, getting texts and automated calls saying keep the noise down when no body was in our room! Was annoying when i was trying to relax while i was out! Food left on flooring, oven was all grimy hairs in shower/bathroom

Jacuzzi was great będą comfy apartament location good. But unfortunatley the cleanliness was a big disappoitment. The Windows were dirty and covered with brid droopings, Floors were shocking and there was hair left in the shower fro previous guests. For £240 per night I expected a much cleaner place. Albo sofa was so much mess…

it was not clean as I would expect. Clean sheets, clean shower, but no attention to detail and hairs/dust etc.

The apartment was full of dirt and dust. The mattress springs were poking out, had a very terrible night. The place really needs to be maintained and cleaned properly- the mattress on the bed is very horrible , could not rest a single hour in comfort.
