It was so amazing, the location the cleanliness off the room was amazing. This is my second stay here and I’ve loved every minute of it.

How close to the beach and fair it was.

Host never showed interest on arrival, miserable. Also door frame came off door in living area and near on my childs head, plates full of onions, shower not working, wire hanging out of wall in double bedroom. No access to jaquzzi or signs to follow to get to it, no info giving to use the jaquzzi so we never got to use it. No one at checkout, door locked.

Location, size, view, proximity to tram stops. Value for money.

Could have been cleaner. In particular the oven was very dirty, also the window frames. The floor covering is breaking up at the joints which leaves sharp edges. No enforcement of quiet time as no staff on site. Result was we were woken at 2 am on Sunday morning by the people in the room above. This lasted 2 hours before they quietened down.

Central apartment, had everything needed for an overnight stay. The studio had lovely sea view and was good value for money

Was a bit noisy at night people coming and going but not too bad

The guy on recpetion swap our room because of the stairs i needed 2 climb up

The cooker was very dirty

From start to finish with the friendliest team on site and the most incredible rooms, better than most flats I've lived in, this was a new level of pleasure to add to pleasure beach. Absolutely superb and wonderful people.

There is nothing to fault, I've been in posh 5 star hotels abroad that don't even compare to this.
