Don't trust the ad and room description. It was just a bed, wifi and a shower. The AC is very loud but does not really cool the room. The TV is not connected to cable. It's not a smart TV so all you can do is mirror your phone screen. There's a fridge but it also didn't work. Even if you'll plug it in, it will make a lot of sound with no cooling effect. I didn't try the microwave or stove. The beddings smelled like they were used and not washed. There were 2 huge cigarette burns on the blanket. The sheet was folded in a weird way and tucked under the pillows, somewhat how I would fold blankets when checking out just so the room wouldn't look like a total mess. I took a photo of how they folded the sheet because if they've changed the beddings and made the bed, the sheet wouldn't look like that under the pillows. The towels were not washed as well. It seemed like they were just folded and placed on top of the bed. They smelled like used towels and were still slightly wet. The photos of the room I booked and the room that they gave me did not match at all. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone planning a staycation because you'll just end up stressed and angry. Also, you'll be asked to pay a P150 move in fee. This will be paid in cash to the staff before they'll give you the key. This wan't disclosed in their ad.

The condo was like on the picture. I had one little problem when i got in with the toilet and it has been fixed right away, very reactive. Communication was always smooth by messages. I slept well so far. Almost everything is open 24h/7 around the flat (food, bar, etc). Pool was good.

Make sure you know the district. I felt safe even late night but it s maybe not the best area (at night) for a tourist family with kids.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The unit we received was completely different from the one advertised on the booking app. We later found out that the host manages multiple units in Horizon 101, and they simply assign you whichever one is available, regardless of what was shown in the listing. After complaining, the host did transfer us to another unit but again it still wasn’t the one we booked. This is very misleading, especially since we chose the unit based on specific features and photos. The second unit we were given had a rusted faucet, the bidet was not working, and overall it did not match the quality shown online. If we had known we wouldn’t be staying in the unit we actually booked, we would have looked elsewhere. Be cautious when booking ask the host specifically which unit you’ll be getting and request updated photos.
