Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff and great location

Straight from the get go it was awful customer service, we made the mistake of booking the wrong dates but even when arriving staff were rude and unaccommodating, we was informed there was no rooms available for the date we had arrived by the host and staff at front desk. Upon looking online found multiple rooms available, we booked another room and after booking the room was still told there was no room’s available by staff at the desk. Eventually after spending hours in the reception finally managing to check in to the new booking to find out it was the previous host who told us there was no availability for the new dates.

Great location and building, the other apartment we stayed at 101 was much better maintained, 33L needs work

Needs a really good clean, mould, cigarette burns and stinks of smoking, we had to get the manager to come and spray

It’s in the highest building in Cebu and has astonishing views from higher floors. It has free swimming pool. Area had many shops around, and currency exchange across the street. The rooms are unique in design. Each room was different which was fun.

We had booking for 4 rooms and unfortunately our rooms were not located next to each other, but that’s fine. Swimming is not 24/7.
