The room was in a quiet location with very nice garden and bit 'jungle' effect approach eg, with sound of frogs/cicadas, some presence of monkeys etc The hosts were helpful and gave a nice fruit salad, good breakfast. It was a nice walking distance from the beach.

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Etwas abseits des ganzen Trubels und man konnte trotzdem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zum Strand. Es gab jeden Tag ein anderes Frühstück und die Besitzerin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Können wir nur empfehlen!

We really enjoyed our stay at Drongo Place. The breakfast was very delicious and prepared with care, and the place itself is truly beautiful. The peaceful garden creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making this stay especially pleasant.

Het was 15 minuten lopen van het centrum, wat het gemakkelijk bereikbaar maakt. De kamer zag er prima uit, en ook het ontbijt wordt netjes verzorgd.

De locatie is redelijk “afgelegen” waardoor ik niet alleen over straat wilde lopen, ook zijn er veel straathonden, maar dit is overal. De badkamer is oké, maar heeft geen warm water. Wij werden daarnaast een aantal keer wakker geklopt door de eigenaresse, voor onder andere vragen over ontbijt, de was of ons vertrek. We waren best vaak in beeld of met haar jn gesprek, ik had het fijner gevonden als ze dit dan besprak jn plaats van s’ochtends vroeg voor onze deur. Het was niet ontzettend storend, maar kwam vaker voor en het was niet nodig geweest.

El lugar es super tranquilo y a la vez a unos 15 minutos caminando de la playa y de cafés y restaurantes y está muy limpio. Las camas son comodísimas y dispone de cocina compartida por si te apetece tener tu propia fruta o snacks. Tiene un lindo jardín donde relajarse, leer e incluso tender tu esterilla para hacer yoga en la pequeña terracita de tu habitación al jardín. El personal es amabilísimo, de muchísima ayuda y servicial. Todos los días servían un desayuno variado y delicioso en el maravilloso jardín. Queríamos alquilar una moto para movernos y con gusto nos lo gestionaron todo a muy buen precio. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendaría a todo el mundo que le guste la tranquilidad, el trato personal y conocer e interactuar con la gente local.

We loved our stay in this little jungle haven, away from the bustle and noise of Hiriketiya, which is an enjoyable 10-15 min walk away. There are only 4 rooms total which makes it a very peaceful and quiet stay, lots of bird noises and flowers around. The rooms are simple, comfortable and very clean. We also enjoyed the terrace and being able to read and eat outdoors, watching all sorts of animals scatter by. The home-cooked breakfast was included and so delicious! Also, the hostess Anulas' presence is truly angelic.
