Beautiful location

No help from front desk with anything, unable to receive late check out, blood spots on sheets by head

The room was clean, spacious, and felt so comfortable. Did not want to leave, lol. Thank you guys so much

The view from the room's balcony was spectacular. The building was nice and the Palms Casino was nice . The location was nearby everything and made getting around really easy. Had a full size refrigerator and washer/dryer.

This particular condo was an absolute dump. Everything was broke or in terrible condition, and I mean everything. Where to even start. Half the lamps were broken. Furniture was old and cheap with cigarette burns. The bed was old and dumpy. Not a single piece of furniture in the place was normal sized or comfortable. There was water damage on most walls and most of the raggedy floor. Baseboards were falling off from the water damage. The shower could have been great if the shelves weren't either broke or barely holding on. The microwave no longer spun inside as it should. Everything is really outdated. Spectacularly overpriced for the quality of the room. No balcony furniture and told not to take furniture outside, though it surely could not have made the furniture any worse. Half of the outlets didn't work, including GFAC outlets near water sources were tripped and couldn't be reset. I thought it first that the provided tiny coffee machine didn't work but then eventually I found an outlet where it actually did so I had to brew coffee from the floor.
