Suite has a cool layout. Loved the view and the shower was awesome. Super comfy bed. Palms Place is in a great location. Host was responsive when we reached out for help.

Lots of broken or missing items. Host did their best to remedy but took over 24 hours (half our stay) to get a working fridge.

The size

Property was ran down and the room we were told was being clean when we arrived. But when I got in the room it had not been cleaned. Hand prints on the wall bathroom had yellow stains of rust. Floors were sticky balcony windows were extremely dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work so none of drinks or food could stay cold. Palms everything pamphlet says ice machines on every floor. No ice machines on any floor. I called the front desk they said yes there were. Had me going from floor to floor. Ended up at the Laguna pool a nice staff member there said there no ice machines on any floor. He filled our bucket up from the bar with ice. He saw how hot we were from walking everywhere looking for it. Front desk staff is super unknowable. TV said no service on it was no way to connect it to WiFi or whatever they use. So couldn’t watch tv. There is a light by the couch that extends but we didn’t know it was broke and went to turn it on it’s swung and smacked my husband in the forehead. Kitchen sink was broke. Its very loose can barely stay on. Shower had potential but heads were so backed with grime that barely any water would come out. I really had high hopes for this place cause the pictures looks so nice but was so disappointed we paid $1026. For a run down room. Will have to stick with where we went last year at MGM parks place for next time.

I was a little far from my work exhibit at the Venetian but the view was definitly worth it!!
