Palms Place One Bedroom Suite 1220 sqft

The location is in the strip great access to all shoppes , the actual build / architect of the condo is beautiful

The televisions were outdated ( Panasonic ) unable to cast and did not work . The water in the bathroom was running cloudy, after looking there was a lot of buildup / hard water stains on the shower heads and faucets spouts . There was also lot of stained pillows / linen s / curtains couches chairs etc. the paneling was peeling and washer and dryer were outdated / making extremely loud noises. If the unit was to be renovated ( carpet changed ) wood flooring done updated TVs couches this would be a MAJOR Hit.!

Great location away from the strip, good that we could use the kitchen facilities. Very good size suite. Great balcony to get some air in the place. Having a Washing machine in the suite helped greatly too. Convenient for some shops for groceries etc.

Not much in the way of utensils in the kitchen.

The phone at the desk in the living room didn’t work. Very frustrating.
