"Definitely coming back next time"

I travel for business to Vegas a lot. Stayed in so many different hotels. This hotel is a boutique size, not too big but right size. Night view is spectacular. It is a perfect mix feeling of peace and joy overall. Staffs are friendly, check in is smooth.

"Not coming back"

Pool

Full of trashy people. Police were called - lots of fighting arguing in the hallways all hours of the night. Police/ swat shut down the elevator one night to search for someone. Chasing people across the sky bridge.

"It is a great stay and will come back ."

The room is spacious. The view from both Balcony and room are spectacular. The check in process is smooth. I also like it the location, it is right off the strip and feeling peaceful at the night. The restaurants at Casino are great!

Be more reasonable and respectful was treated very because of the color of my skin

And try to resolve it just brush me off I will never stay here again and I spend 20k or better
