Our room had window to the street with heavy and noisy traffic but with closing window and using air conditioning I could sleep very well

Friendly staff, clean rooms and good location. A nice walk along the shoreline to the city center with good restaurants and bars along the way. There is a grocery store close to the hotel. Parking is included and just outside the entrance.

We were not allowed to have breakfast outside on the lovely patio after it had rained.

Lovely hotel we stayed in self catering apartment which was spacious and had all you need for basic self catering. No kettle but you can heat water on the electric hob or in microwave. Filter coffee maker is provided. Outside of Malcesine town but a short flat 15-20 minute walk along the pretty coastal path takes you there. There are a few restaurants along the way so no need to go into town for a meal out if you do not want to. Views from the large balconies are superb

Beds are very firm. Lots of steps back up to hotel from lake pathway not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Swimming pool was quite cold but it was early in the season.

The apartment is unpleasant, the stairs are uncomfortable to climb, maybe even a bit unsafe. There was no normal coffee machine.

Location was perfect, an easy 20 minute walk into town along a well lit path. Safe night and day. Good to have free parking on site. The room was really big. There was a SPAR 5 minutes up the road which had everything you could need. The hot tub was great and the pool looked really nice too but it isn’t heated so was a little chilly for us to use.

The mattress was really hard, so hard that it actually was a little painful if you laid on your side for too long. The shower wasn’t great and the noise from upstairs during our stay was particularly bad. Family with young baby.

The view from the room was amazing. Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff.

Other guests with kids, staying right next to our apartment, were extremely loud, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing time or get any sleep. The building's acoustics can be challenging.
