Amazing place and views though we booked a room with a side view of the lake. The staff is caring and warmhearted. Everything is clean. The AC works perfect. Breakfast in a terrace with spectacular view. The choice for the breakfast wasn’t wide but we were fine with that. Clean swimming pool area.

I missed some cabinet or shelf in the bathroom to put my stuff.

Great apartment. Great views. Ideal location close enough but not too far, peaceful location . Room is nicely laid out balcony is fantastic. Hot tub was good. Staff very friendly and helpful

No kettle in the room. Acoustics between apartments could be a challenge depending on neighbours.

The location is very close to the beach.Just walk down from hotel to the kilometers beach promenade Counterstaffs are very friendly and helpful.They even help carrying the luggages updtairs. Will come with families

Hotel Roma is the crown jewel! The staff couldn't be more friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and with a marvellous view, the breakfasts are delicious, and the location is awesome. It was a perfect stay!

Location just 20 minute walk along beachfront to town, and less than 5 minutes to Supermarket and lovely Fresh Veg/Fruit shop. Staff exceptionally helpful. 5 mins walk down steps to beach (all beaches are stony so wear some kind of beach shoes, but warm water makes up for this), passing swimming pool on the way (ask the reception for Beach Towels). View from Balcony was exceptional - right across and along the lake. All locations are accessible from Ferries at Malcesine, and Cable car is an absolute must. Room had everything you would need for self-catering and more, location very quiet and mostly Germanic-speaking guests. Buses to/from Riva/Garda/Peschiera/Verona stops a couple of minutes (book at Malcesine Info Point or online to save money - and be careful of reduced timetable in Winter, especially early/late buses), hourly shuttle bus (fixed fare €1.20) between neighbouring Cassone, and the Cable car entrance (Hotel can book this for you - again saving money). Special mention to Elisa and Sana for all the help they gave us, and to the cleaning staff for great job. Would recommend you plan your days by keeping close eye on weather ! The Hotel pre-warned us that small dogs are allowed, but these were very well behaved and did not disturb us.
