Śniadanie beznadziejne niewarte swojej ceny. Zrezygnowaliśmy po drugim śniadaniu. W kolejce do bufetu z ciepłymi daniami czekało w kolejce pięć osób. Oprócz kiełbasek/parówek nie było nic do jedzenia, a Pani doniosła trzy jajka sadzone. Łazienki zdecydowanie nadają się do remontu. Generalnie cały obiekt sprawiał wrażenie jakby nie był remontowany od kilku lat. Zdjęcia obiektu z oficjalnej strony hotelu zdecydowanie przekłamują. W rzeczywistości hotel jest po prostu do remontu. W przedostatnim dniu podczas kąpieli w basenie zauważyliśmy przyklejone do ścianek basenu małe robaczki. Okazało się że w basenie rozmnożyły się Ilyocoris cimicoides niezbyt przyjemne wodne pluskwiaki co świadczy o tym że woda nie była wystarczająco ozonowana/chlorowana. Generalnie na sześć dni pobytu tylko raz widziałem uruchomionego poolboy'a. Basen do remontu. Odpadają płytki.

Η θέα από το κατάλυμα είναι μαγευτική. Μπορεί κάποιος να δει από εκεί το ωραιότερο ηλιοβασίλεμα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να πάει στη Χώρα ή σε κάποιο άλλο μέρος του νησιού. Οι εσωτερικοί χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καθαροί. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ πρόθυμο και ευγενικό (από τις κυρίες στη reception μέχρι τις κοπέλες που σερβίρουν). Είχαμε ένα θέμα στο μπάνιο του δωματίου το οποίο λύθηκε άμεσα.

Το πρωινό είναι φτωχό και θα μπορούσε να εμπλουτιστεί με περισσότερες επιλογές. Ο χώρος της πισίνας θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Ενώ η πισίνα είναι ωραία, τα μαξιλάρια στις ξαπλώστρες θα μπορούσαν να είναι πιο καθαρά και να μην έχουν στάμπες. Επίσης, τις ημέρες που είμασταν το ντους στον χώρο της πισίνας δεν λειτουργούσε εξαιτίας ενός προβλήματος. Η κύρια είσοδος της reception θα μπορούσε αισθητικά να βελτιωθεί μια που δεν είναι ωραίο να περνάς δίπλα από ψυγεία και φιάλες για να πας στη reception. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία που βρίσκεται μπροστά από το κατάλυμα δεν είναι εύκολη για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά και ανθρώπους που έχουν θέματα κινητικότητας καθώς πρέπει να κατεβείς/ανεβείς μια μεγάλη κατηφόρα/ανηφόρα. Η παραλία έχει μεγάλα βότσαλα (όπως οι περισσότερες παραλίες στη Σαμοθράκη) και είναι δύσκολο να μπεις στη θάλασσα.

Magic place in Samothraki, great location

Amazing location, peaceful, beautiful gardens, the swimming pool was well attended and the staff were very nice. The view from the hotel is mesmerising.

Tout était parfait

- Beautiful View from the terrace during the day. Also in the night the scenery was simply magical. - Daily Cleaning, towels changed every day, sheets changed in the 4th day of our stay. - Clean Pool with a great View, perfect for relaxation when watching the sunset

- Maintenance Issues: Unfortunately, there were quite a lot of maintenance issues in the room and also in the entire resort. For example, the bathroom door had protruding screws, the mosquito net from the bath was broken, the bathroom tiles showed signs of wear and tear, in the pool there was a broken lamp and the cables were hanging below, etc. - Staff Experience: The reception staff left much to be desired. They seemed indifferent or showed a fake interest in guests’ concerns. We had to ask to fix the bathroom door (so we don’t get stuck in the bath) in 2 separate days and in the end it was “fixed” so good that in 3 other days the screws were hanging again. The worst thing happened in the last evening of our stay when, at 20:20 the reception lady came to us and said to take our child out of the pool because they put a medicine at 20:00 (probably automatically, because no staff came to the pool before this) ! 20:00!! And our child was in the pool since before 19:00. The functioning hours for the pool are not displayed anywhere and no one informed us about the pool medicine or about the poll hours BEFORE! She simply said: “take your kid off the pool and wash it very good because we put medicine”. We were very disappointed with this last experience of our stay.
