This apartment was amazing...it was like my home away from home and the staff were sooooo lovely...I would definitely come again!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Maison Leab. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children (9and 11). We had a ground floor 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment which is faultless. So clean and stylish. Prior to arrival we had good communication with William, the manager. Upon arrival, William took us to our apartment and spent 20 minutes going through the room and then talking to us about local sightseeing, restaurants, etc. He marked places on a map and made a dinner booking for us, explaining to the restaurant that our daughter is anaphylactic to peanuts. We were added to a private WhatsApp group where we could make any request/ enquiries which were responded to promptly. Each time we left and arrived, someone from reception was quick to stand up and greet us. A trip into the centre of Siem Reap is provided via tuk tuk once a day when you require it and is free of charge. This place is simply awesome.

Pool water could have been warmer but that is no deterrent. There really is nothing to not like.

We had such a fantastic stay at Maison Leab, and we couldn't have picked a better place to spend our last 2 weeks in Cambodia. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The hotel is a small complex with 6 rooms, which we felt was perfect, as it was quiet and peaceful. Another huge bonus is being so close to Siem Reap's main attractions, including Angkor Wat and the other temples in the area, Royal Independence Gardens, Made in Cambodia Market, and a short tuk-tuk ride to Pub Street and other Night Markets. The hotel also offers a free tuk-tuk service into town at night. The room itself was incredibly spacious, with a fantastic lounge area, super comfortable bed, large bathroom with an amazing bath, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. As we cook a lot, having a kitchen was fantastic as we could prepare most of our meals in the apartment. The fresh flowers, water, tea, and coffee are also topped up regularly, which is such a nice touch! The staff were great at offering advice and guidance on local restaurants and places of interest and arranging guided tours. We chose a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, which did not disappoint - the guide was energetic and knowledgeable, and it was the perfect introduction to Angkor Wat and its impressive history. We honestly can't recommend Maison Leab enough! Whether you're in Siem Reap to discover the temples or just to relax, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much to William, Rich, and Le for making our visit so memorable and for constantly providing us with laughs, beer-drinking tips, and all-around fantastic service. The staff at Maison Leab are truly what make it so special - always smiling, and always going above and beyond! Thanks again and we will see you all next time :)

That we couldn't stay longer.

The room was beautiful, cleaned every day and complimentary tea and fruit were provided. Very spacious, 2 lovely shower rooms, super comfy beds, and a relaxing living room/kitchen area. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, arranging drivers and tuk tuks, and recommending where to go, what to see, and where to eat. A short walking distance from the centre of town, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. We could see the NYE fireworls from our bedroom window!

The Maison Leab is an oasis by the river. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean, very attractive, spacious and lovely places to stay. The salt water swimming pool gives you an opportunity to cool off. William and his staff are superb. Their breakfast and dining suggestions were spot on. The daily free tutuk into town was a nice touch. The very late check out and complimentary bottles of water were very much appreciated. Staying at the Maison Leab was a lovely ending to our Cambodian trip.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maison Leab, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived with my family, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. We immediately felt at home. William and the team are nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was flawless, offering personalized service with a smile every step of the way. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring that we had everything I needed without even having to ask. They truly made us feel like more then valued guests, we felt like we had friends there. The hotel itself is a beautiful blend of comfort and style, with modern amenities and a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the local sights. We appreciated the fresh fruit and coconut drinks that were available on arrival. I highly recommend Maison Leab to anyone visiting Cambodia. The staff truly elevate the experience, and I hope to return someday. Thank you to everyone at Maison Leab for making my visit so special!

What a great stay that was! ;) From the first impression and warm welcome till check out. The rooms are big, very spacious, with great sound insulation, location is awesome and walkable to to city center, and the staff… only one word: amazing! Would definitely love to return to this hotel. We felt like home.

This property is an absolute gem! A tucked back oasis that made us all gasp at the beautiful serenity it offers! William who is at the front desk has thought of every detail from fresh flowers in the rooms to special handmade tea blends that address the many traveler woes. Our fridge had coconuts freshly cut and waiting to drink for all of us! He helped us navigate any problems that arose from the best places to eat with food allergies, the best places to shop for those unique gifts! This has absolutely been our favorite stay of a constantly moving three week adventure! Cambodia was supposed to be a quick pit stop in our travels and instead has become one of our favorite stops 😃

I have absolutely nothing negative to say except that we find our stay was too short!
