Absolutely everything! Big shout-out to the hotel manager, William, who was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He was so friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Rick and the rest of the team were fantastic too! We were well cared for from the time of booking to check-in and up till check out. It was like staying at a Bonvoy or Hyatt but much more personable. Finer details from handmade tea, generous amount of welcome fruits, mozzie repellent, double sliding doors for noise protection etc. All these little details truly set it apart from other places at this price point. The room was large and so tastefully decorated with local art, flowers and handmade flowers. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and even olive oil, if you want to do light cooking. The rain shower was a delight and the bathtub was amazing!! The bathroom was so tastefully done that it inspired me for my own home. The location was great. It may not be located right smack in the "city centre" but it's merely a 10-15 walk away along the river under shaded trees. This also means you're able to get a quiet night since it's away from the hustle and bustle. The entire propert felt tranquil and zen - as you would hope for a city famous for its temples... Next to the hotel are a couple of local, small food stalls and coffee shops (Domo was excellent). There's also a small convenience store for basic items. We had our laundry done at the hotel at an affordable rate by weight! None of this price-by-piece nonsense - who needs dry cleaning for a holiday in Siem Reap? It's a shame that we didn't get to use the salt-pool as it had such a tranquil vibe to it. I can keep going on and on about how lovely Maison Leab was but you may think I'm exaggerating (I'm not!) You will not regret staying here.

Spacious Room, Neat & Clean, Super Responsive Staff.

Staff were amazing, they made our stay easy. They provided information and recommendations for trips, including NGO cooperatives and art studios, restaurants, and tours. They organised drivers, tuk tuks and tour guides. The apartment was large, very comfortable and clean. Property was well maintained and had security at night, so we felt very safe. They were interested in where we were going and made additional recommendations of what else we could see along the way. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this property was 10/10. The beds were SO comfortable, the rain shower is amazing, the aircon works great, a massive wardrobe, and everything you need is there! You have your own kitchen and living room space too! But all in all the cherry on top was the customer service!!! The team is so so amazing and so friendly and made our stay 10x better!!!!

We had an exceptional stay at Maison Leab this November. Nestled in a lush green setting just steps from the city center, the location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, and the nearby river adds an unparalleled sense of tranquility. This property offers an intimate and serene atmosphere, with only a limited number of rooms that make every guest feel truly privileged. The pool is a real gem: clean and maintained through natural methods instead of chlorine, which is a real plus. The cascading waterfall, plants, and comfortable loungers with towels provided create the perfect setting for relaxation. Everything is designed with guests' comfort in mind, including a shower by the pool for more convenience. The staff were outstanding: attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. A special mention goes to the General Manager, William, whose kindness made a lasting impression. His helpful recommendations and availability truly enhanced our stay. William is a young and promising professional who embodies the modern spirit of hospitality, an invaluable asset to the tourism industry. We also really enjoyed the apartment we stayed in: spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, thermal and acoustic insulation were excellent, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a complimentary fruit basket upon arrival, as well as the availability of a tuk-tuk service in the evening—a thoughtful and convenient addition. In summary, this stay was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. A big thank you to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent staff, really helpful with anything we needed. Could not have done more for us. Accommodation itself was very clean and well shielded from any outside noise. Teas and fruits provided for us. Well done to William and all his colleagues!

Clean, quiet, big and well-decorated rooms with daily housekeeping - looks exactly like the pictures. Free water, fresh fruits, and also a fresh coconut as a welcome drink! Free tuktuk to town in the evenings. The staff were also so friendly, helpful, and hospitable, especially William who spoke impressively good english :)
