Estaba todo sucio, no respondian el telefono, había bichos, la basura estaba sin sacar, había comida abierta, la ropa de cama era del huesped anterior...

Die Terrasse war leider in keinem guten Zustand. Das Bett war nicht sehr bequem.

Nem volt wifi, pedig jelezték hogy van. Amikor jeleztem, hogy nem működik nem érkezett válasz, hogy megjavítják, csak hallgatás napokig és nem is működött aztán újra soha. Egyik alkalommal nem tudtam kijutni az épületből, mert elromlott az automata zár. A szállásadó a telefont egyszer sem vette fel, vissza soha nem hívott, a helyszínen személyzet nincs aki segíteni tudna. Emailben lehet csak kommunikálni, ami nem hatékony és nem professzionális.

The apartment’s location, very well situated in the city.

Unbearable tram noise at night (last tram around 00:45, first one back at 5:30am) — sleeping felt like being on the street. Mould in the bathroom, leaking shower head, broken chair. The extractor fan is completely ineffective and there are no opening windows, making it impossible to cook without triggering the fire alarm. Repairs were promised by the owner at the very beginning of the stay after he came to inspect and photograph the issues — he never came back. One evening the entry door keypad broke down and I was locked outside; the owner only replied the next day in the late afternoon. I only got in thanks to another tenant in the building. Communication with the owner was a disaster throughout the entire stay — expect to wait up to a month for a response, if you get one at all. Very poor value for money for such a high price.

Appena entrati siamo stati assaliti da un terribile odore di fogna, che ha continuato a persistere durante tutto il soggiorno. Il bagno è piccolissimo, con un mini lavabo, non c'è assolutamente spazio nemmeno per poggiare gli indumenti puliti. Non c'erano i prodotti per la doccia e, nonostante la nostra richiesta e il nostro sollecito, nessuno ha mai risposto nè provveduto a fornirceli; scarsa anche la carta igienica. Nella stanza con i letti a castello abbiamo trovato il riscaldamento spento e la stanza molto fredda (abbiamo provveduto noi in seguito ad alzare la temperatura del radiatore). La stanza da letto matrimoniale è al piano inferiore, a cui si accede attraverso una scala ripida senza corrimano. In nessuna delle stanze è presente un armadio, solo dei piccoli ripiani aperti. Sconsigliato.
