I liked it because the apartment is so comfortable, has a good position for every kind of stuff, as supermarket, distance by the downtown, and the place is so quite.

There’s nothing that I don’t like it, I liked everything

Comfortable mattress

Very noisy. Traffic sounds throughout might and sounds of a boiler. Couldn't sleep with noisr Smelly fried fish smell on room and block

Toilet gets wet easily

The facilities were good and adequate for a short stay. Very clean and welcoming

We wasn’t informed that the main bedroom was downstairs in a basement, there was no hand rail, or window. The room was dark even with lights on and inadequate ventilation. Luckily our son is 10 this property would not be suitable for families with younger children due to the second room being next to the kitchen which children would have to cross before heading down hard curved staircase to the basement. Out son was quiet scared due to the darkness and being no window. This is not suitable for disabled either as the main room is in basement and toilet is upstairs near kitchen area. No instructions how to use appliances and no windows to open at all in property.

When I went everything was dirty, the bed sheets and it wasn't cleaned and they forced me to buy everything. You said you would give me my money back. And that's why you lied.

The apartment's location is its biggest advantage, as it is conveniently positioned right in front of a tram station that takes you to the city center in about 10 minutes. This makes it ideal for those relying on public transportation.

However, the living experience was less than satisfactory. Being on the ground floor, the windows were completely sealed and could not be opened, making it impossible to get any fresh air. This significantly impacted the comfort of our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty in almost every corner when we checked in, and the curtains were visibly stained and discolored due to dirt. This lack of hygiene was unacceptable and diminished the overall experience. While the location is excellent, the poor ventilation and cleanliness make it difficult to recommend this apartment without significant improvements.
