Apartment was as described and clean, with the tram stop and supermarkets just down the road making it conveniently located.

The Wi-Fi stopped working on the second day and despite emailing to ask about it I had no response and therefore no Wi-Fi for the rest of the stay despite it being advertised with the property.

The instructions were very clear. The check in and out was easy.

The room was still being cleaned when I arrived so I was told to go away for 20 minutes (I was 2hrs after earliest check-in time). The terrace is a few square metres, overlooked by neighbours. The walls are very thin so you can hear conversations of other guests in their rooms. The room layout is all askew, so the bed doesn't go against a wall so you can't sit anywhere comfortably. The only chairs are hard wood dining chairs. There are various bits which appear unfinished, like the door of the fridge which wasn't attached, making it very difficult to open. After a heavy rain there was a smell of drains throughout, and they left laundry in the hall so that smelt damp and musty.
