- the auntie there was friendly and helpful throughout our stay - clean room with open windows, comfortable bed - independent small kitchen with a refrigerator and some basic plates and cups - free snack counter - the size of the room was larger and more spacious than expected

Perfect place, in a calm street full of hotels/hostels, right next to the old town. Both the owner and the maid were really helpful and nice. Clean, functioning.

Maybe a little shelf system/drawers to store our clothes would be nice.

I enjoyed my stay here very much and if I'm ever back in Chiang Mai, I'd stay here again. Great location, spacious and clean, very friendly staff:)

Bed could be more comfortable, but was OK:)

The cleanliness is the best. The staff are so friendly. We stayed in the family room which the size is bigger than the family room in other hotels.
