Very generous room size. Friendly receptionist.

Air conditioning only worked with key card in slot. No water dispenser, but a few bottles delivered daily.

The location is near to all the places we went. We have a car so we have no problem to go from one place to another. The owner of the place is really nice to us during our stay.

could have been a bit cleaner but honestly it was great and worth way more than we paid

The staff of this place was so wonderful and helpful as we needed a specific document for our visa urgently that day. Even though it was on a weekend, they were available by phone really fast and helped us so much. The room itself was nice too, bed big and comfy, spacious and clean. All we needed for one night.

We really like the hospitality of the staff. The lady taking care of the place was always friendly, helpful and even gave our small child a gift. The room is spacious, clean and the location is amazing. Very close to the old city and many nice restaurants.

I'd like if the room had a stove or cooktop and maybe other small appliances to cook. Also, one day we had a bad smell coming from the air conditioner, but I suppose it was something outside of the building.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jiang Mai 81 hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the cleaner was extremely friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room was clean and comfortable, and she always had a smile on her face. One of the things I appreciated most about my stay was the excellent communication via WhatsApp. The staff was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. The hotel itself was also top-notch. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also great, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, my stay at Jiang Mai 81 hotel was a true pleasure, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Special thanks to the cleaner and the staff for their excellent service and communication.

Everything. A very nice spot, great location. Easy check in, the view from the balcony is incredible. Definitely booking again. Bed was so comfy and huge. Best pillow in Thailand!

There was a very very slight smell of drains in the bathroom, but nothing that would put me off booking again. Really not that bad but worth mentioning :)
