We loved the apartment, grounds, location & amenities.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was a nice view, more of a sea wall not a beach to where you can walk in the water but nice

Just the photos didn’t match the room

The pool area was very nice with picnic tables and games available. The location is perfect if you’re looking to explore the entire Keys area.

Schönes großes Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront und Terrasse. Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht und alles sehr sauber. Die Betten waren etwas weich, aber dennoch bequem. Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage am Wasser, auch wenn der Strand nicht wirklich als solcher nutzbar ist (aber das ist auf den Keys nicht ungewöhnlich).

Die Zimmertür macht keinen sicheren Eindruck, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt und abschließt. Es ist nix passiert, aber es bleibt immer ein ungutes Gefühl, wenn man das Resort verlässt. Die 2. Schließanlage an der Tür, die das ganze sicherer machen würde, ist nicht nutzbar.

Beautiful room and lovely favilities/grounds.

Communication was lacking. When I arrived the front desk was closed (earlier than stated hours). When I got to my room, there was a note on the door stating that regular pest control would be spraying the following day after noon. No info about how long we would have to wait to return to our rooms, whether it would be toxic to any food, etc. The following day, there was no one in the office to answer questions until 9:30. I was going out early so tried.their phone number several times, but no answer.

The deck outside our room was fantastic, new, comfortable

Well the place was amazing... bed had posts on corners that I kept banging my leg on and the bathroom was small with no place to put your makeup ect. It had bowl sink. But that's minimal compared to the place
