Beautiful situation and views.

Location is good, ocean right there,

Floors were filthy and slippery, mattress sagged on both sides, really tiny bathroom, no housekeeping at all and we were there for a week.

Loved the location and it was a decent price.

Would be nice to have a front porch or street light to see when coming in at night but not a bad problem

There were people standing in the pool all day, having a lot of fun and drinking alcohol and smoking right in the pool from morning to evening. In the afternoon, many of them were already very drunk and made inappropriate comments about my partner. For this reason, we left this accommodation one day early.

The unit we were assigned was comfortable and clean Parking was easily available. The property is on the water. The other guest, many who seem to be timeshare owners, were very friendly. The pool was nice and clean, and there are chairs and tables (some with shade). The boat launch (which we didn't use) looked well maintained, and we witness others using it during our stay. The AC went out in our room at one point, we called the emergency number, they were out to fix it withing the hour.

The property is under construction. a fact I would have liked to have known when I booked. I received a phone call the afternoon before I was due to check in to inform me that the corner unit I had reserved was not available due to ongoing construction. Although they did lower the cost by $100, I would not have booked had I known. We were given a unit with little to no view a couple of doors down from the construction which began before 8 am (with all its noise) even on the weekend. The woman at the front desk was rude using the phrase at one point "listen lady". The property claims to have a beach, but (although it's on the water) there is no usable beach. So, if you're looking to go swimming, this is not the place. In fact, it was hard just to sit by the water at their "beach" due to the stench of stagnant water. The water by the dock was clearer and provided a more pleasant place to sit and look out.

It was very clean and the location was perfect. We were able to snorkel off the dock rocks. Pool was perfect temp not too warm.

The shower in our room was not properly sealed, and there were cracks in the glass door that water would get through. So after a shower, the floor would have a giant puddle of water. Just laid some towels down to catch the water. Only other issue is there is an old man who stays there not sure if he is a permanent resident or just visits. He is at the dock every morning fishing and hes there all day. He is a little bit creepy and makes inappropriate comments to women. Everytime my boyfriend and I went down to the dock he would make inappropriate jokes about leaving my boyfriend and staying with him if I wanted to be treated right. I did not feel comfortable around him and eventually we just stopped going out to the dock because I did not want to be around him.
