Large rooms, nice pool area. Good location.

Need some renovation. All inclusive: Breakfast and lunch ok. Drop the dinner, not good. Almost the same as lunch. Sun beds always taken, and no people there. Hotel dont do anything about it. Air condition not working some times. 1/3 didnt work at all. Told the reception several times. Nothing happened.

We got upgraded to a seaview apartment at Porto Platanias Beach (sister hotel just across the road). It was calm and really nice, with a beautiful view. The upgrade made our stay exceed our expectations by far! The kids were happy - they played in the waterpark and drank virgin mojitos all day long. No cues at the water park and fun slides. The buffet included in the all inclusive package was okay - it met our expectations (which were quite low). The buffet restaurant was calm and had a nice view, especially the second floor.

Everything was great, just some small notes. - There were too few sunbeds by the pools. - Complicated system for ordering drinks at the buffet - no menus and not clear what was included in the all inclusive package. - The kids wanted to know if there were slushies included in the all inclusive package, so I sent a message to ask about a month before our stay. The answer was "yes", but then there were no slushies. The virgin mojitos were great, though 😊 - The beach below the hotel is not very nice, but we knew that before we booked.

Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Οι ένοικοι δεν θα έπρεπε να πληρώνουν για την είσοδο στις νεροτσουλήθρες.

Great location! We even got a room with a very nice sea view. Room was very clean and functional. Large parking space available for hotel guests.

Beds were too soft, of course a matter of taste.

Kiválló ételek, tisztaság, gyerek számára megfelelő csúszda park! Város közelsége, számtalan bár és éttermi lehetőség!

7 órakor nincsen szabad hely a nagy medence körül illetve túl meleg a medence vize! Ágybetét nagyon puha, nem pihentető rajta az alvás illetve okos tv hiánya (Netflix…)

Struttura nel complesso si presenta bene con giardino curato

Materassi letto troppo morbidi da dover dormire sul divano letto che era più comodo; sgabuzzino del personale di servizio di fronte alla porta della ns camera, che alle 07:00 del mattino si ritrovava senza curarsi minimamente degli ospiti che erano ancora a dormire parlando tra loro animatamente (questo capitava più volte durante la giornata fino alle 23:00); pulizia della camera limitata praticamente a cambiare gli asciugamani e rifare i letti; in piscina la linea del grasso a filo d'acqua molto evidente su tutto il perimetro (credo non sia mai stata pulita)
