Locatia excelenta , apartamentele spatioase ce-ti ofera tot confortul necesar. Personalul foarte amabil.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that slightly bothered me was that there was no coffee in the room (for example, 3-in-1 sachets), especially since the coffee machine at the reception was not working. Overall, the property is about a 5-minute drive from the city center and is located in a quiet area. There is free parking, which is great, and even though check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, the host, Loredana, was very kind and informed us that the room was ready around 12:30 PM.

The apartment itself was fine, but I feel the parking situation needs to be clarified much more honestly in the listing. One of the main reasons we chose this property was that it was advertised on Booking as having private parking. However, after the payment was completed, we were informed that parking is actually “subject to availability.” In practice, this meant that while the apartment was available, the parking space associated with it was not necessarily. From what I understand, the property has more apartments than parking spaces (roughly double), so getting a parking spot depends largely on luck, even though private parking is listed as an amenity. The owner reassured us that street parking is usually available and free, and indeed we did manage to find a spot close to the entrance. That said, this does not change the issue: private parking is not guaranteed, despite being advertised as such. If we hadn’t found a nearby spot - or if we had been traveling with lots of luggage, a small child, or arrived late at night - this could have been a real problem. I would strongly recommend that the listing be updated to clearly state that parking is limited and not guaranteed, so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
