Great location, good spacing

The stove area didn’t work at all, the small kitchen space

No parking even do is in a residential neighborhood. You have to pay for parking. Had to leave the last night because the people in front of us were being extra loud.

I would advise this property be taken off your site. It is a one bedroom that has been cramped with 8 bed! we booked 5nights but stayed for one night and had to find another accommodation.The flat was stuff, the humidifier made all of us sick, the bathroom was blocked from the day we moved in.. In short its a shut hole. It is extremely barbaric that anyone can expect to sleep 8 in a tiny flat like this!!!!!!! I wrote to Booking.com customer service they have not responded so I will get my credit card on this to help recoup my refund.

Nothing I wouldn't recommend this apartment to nobody not even my worst enemy. The bed was falling apart water coming from ceiling microwave and toaster rusted

The people who rented the apartament in front of our, made so much noise and was smoking marijuana all the time..

The little apartment was perfect for my family of 7. Two adults and 5 kids. They usually share beds ; so the sleeping was basically perfect. The area was perfect for our type of liking. Quiet , calm , and close to pretty much everything. We have never been to Miami and are from Georgia ; so this was very much a great experience for us. We loved the wild parakeets and iguanas. The beach was also perfect! The apartment was equipped with really everything ; the stove is a two burner gas stove. Just no over. Which was fine ; we ate out. The fridge was perfect for our drinks and the kids snacks. The kids loved the little table with the stools. The view of our surroundings were decent as to all the windows.

I booked this apartment not realizing it was sorta like an airbnb. I didn't have a problem with that at all ; I actually liked that better than a hotel. But if there was a problem and I needed to contact someone it would have to be via phone call and or emails and messages. No person contact. Thankfully we didn't have any issues so our mini get away was smooth and perfect.

The place is ugly and very small, and no one answers the customer service phone number. There's no parking available; you have to walk two miles to leave your car in a private lot, where they'll charge you $80 a night. This is the last time I use the booking app.
