West Deco

Fuimos un grupo de 8 chicas. Nos encanto. Todo fue cómodo, camas, mantas, cocina con todo equipado y la ubicación cerca de todo. Algo a tener en cuenta es que los espacios son todos compartidos, igual para nosotras funcionó excelente. Lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto. We were a group of 8 girls. We loved it. Everything was comfortable, beds, blankets, fully equipped kitchen and the location close to everything. Something to keep in mind is that the spaces are all shared, the same for us it worked excellent. We recommend it and hope to return soon.

It was very clean and great location.

The housekeeping never came and we didn’t have enough things to use.

Comfy befs

So far this trip has been quite poor. The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt all on the walls and ground. You have nails sticking out of doorframes with broken doors. The kitchen equipment is horrifically slow. Plus the sink flooded. We requested for it to be fixed 3 days in a row. All 3 they had someone go and fail to fix it. This has been quite a disappointing experience. Also this is not a “spacious” place to stay. In the main bedroom we cannot open our suitcases on the floor, there is no room to do so. In the living room the corridor has to be blocked to open bags. Also the lock on the door sometimes does not work, we were locked out. Even with someone on the inside we could not get in the house.

No seating at all inside, beds were pretty much on the floor, front door did not lock and was not accessible through the reception desk. Back door which we has to use was partially blocked by a huge bush

Apart from the location nothing good about this place.

The service. Unresponsive staff to my messages. Very unclean. Dirty floor, Dirty toilet.

Había un dispositivo de seguridad que cada cierto tiempo hacía ruido. Lo notifique pero no lo solucionaron y era muy molesto sobre todo para dormir.

That outside parking. My car was towed. 2 times.

Walking distance to everything.

Not recommended. On our first check-in, the AC was on but it was hotter than our aunt at a family reunion. We thought to give it time, maybe they had just turned it on. Four hours later, it was still sweltering like a July 4th BBQ. There was no one at the front desk to complain to, so we had to shoot them a message like we were secret agents. We didn't have AC for more than 24 hours, and it was 90 degrees inside - basically a sauna. There was no parking to be found. Our vehicle got towed outside the property, and we paid almost $500 to get it back, what a steal. On the fourth day, the ceiling in the shower started raining on us, and they didn't fix it until the following day. This place is a hot mess. Housekeeping's English skills were on par with our high school Spanish, not great. Don't throw your cash in the trash here.
