The view and proximity to the beach.

No balcony. Would have preferred a balcony. The bathroom shower did not have a glass door.

Vacated after one night due to chemical smell, A/C not working properly, cleanliness, unit was not suitable for toddlers, lack of communication, and owner was not transparent about bathroom repairs. The condo building (Castle Beach) was built in 1960s and it's run down, there are many newer options built in the past 10 yrs. Dealing with this with a small child was so stressful on vacation. - Toxic smell gave me a headache, in the closet were 2 large buckets of primer paint, see photo. Owner accused me of lying about the smell. - Owner offered to move us for part of the stay then we would have to move back to original unit. Then when I said we were vacating, offered us the other unit for the entire stay, but I had already booked alternative accommodation. Owner became hostile and accused me of booking cheaper accommodation, alternative accommodation was more expensive. - A/C doesn't work properly. Unit was very hot, but thermostat read 74. - Booked this in Feb and asked owner if unit was safe for toddlers. Owner said yes. Living room coffee table is glass, there were several big glass sculptures, the dining table is bar type and extremely high, beds in bedroom are very high & our child fell out of the bed while trying to climb down. - Owner is not responsive and stopped responding to messages, Booking.com had to contact her to tell her to respond. - Owner told me on the day of check in there were issues with the plumbing. - Unit has rust and was not cleaned well. - Listing says there is a stove, reality is it's a hot plate. - Asked owner to refund me the unused nights, she refused. After a few days, she said would give me a partial refund for the unused nights. I did not agree to this as the listing was misrepresented and the toxic smell.

The accessibility to the beach and pool area. Host is very accommodating. She listens and responds quickly if we ask something.

It’s an old building. But hopefully maintenance can be done.

The property was beautiful. It actually looks just like the photos. We were very comfortable there. It was right in the beach and she even had beach chairs in the room. The views from every room were amazing.

There are lots of tourist. The check in was a bit confusing. But the property manager called and we were treated like celebrities.

Amazing view and I want to first and foremost, applaud Mona for having such a beautiful rental home. I will genuinely be taking inspiration of the decor for my own home renovation.Thank you for being so attentive host.

The apartment was very clean, and very well equipped, and the images gave a very good impression of the apartment. We liked it that there was complementary coffee, tea, pepper, salt, sugar, etc. Something you not always have and you have to get buying. Very comfortable bed and stunning view.

the room and hostess was great,room was exactly as pictured.Mona i give u 2 thumbs up...

the pool was not open.drinks was alittle pricey but was woth it.
