Generalnie super miejsce .Pokoje sa super czyściutkie, a obiekt nad samym morzem .Pani Meria to bardzo miła kobieta i za wszystkim pomoże i wytlumaczy. Mega fajne miejsce i na pewno jeszcze przyjade

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. De ligging is formidabel, direct aan het strand, het centrum (waaronder op vrijdag tevens grote markt) met carrefour (24u open) en leuke winkels, park en terrasjes op loopafstand. Bij het appartement rechts om de hoek trap naar het oude gedeelte van Ventimiglia (erg mooi) en naar Calandre beach (pittige klim, maar mooi uitzicht onderweg, zandstrandje met leuk barretje om lekker koffie, fris, ijsjes, broodjes te eten) Het appartement was prima, niks bijzonders maar gewoon wel van alles voorzien om te kunnen koken, relaxen, airco!, heerlijk balkon, goede douche en prima bedden

Het was soms even zoeken naar/ wachten op een parkeerplek dichtbij het appartement. (Begin augustus)

Top Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr gut Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und die Klimaanlage haben wir sehr genossen. Essen auf dem Balkon und dabei aufs Meer hinaus schauen.

The kitchen and every facility that was provided in it was good. The balcony's view is beautiful. The storage for luggage is good.

You are paying only for the view and nothing else. For the price of EUR152/night the facilities, structure and amenities provided were nothing but a joke. There was only two soaps and 2 towels given in the bathroom, thats all. There was no washing machine, coffee maker or other upgraded amenities that should be the part of the apartment considering how much they are charging. There was a small TV at the very corner of the room with one plug socket at the back and THAT WAS IT. There were no more additional plug sockets in the room for the ease of use. You can not use the AC/heater because there was no remote in the room. You will find better places in Ventimiglia with alot less price than this and more facilities.

Location and amazing staff

There was no air conditioning. And is summer. It was really really hot inside. Only a fan .

Complicated. After recovering from our shock on arriving at the establishment, we loved the place. The apartment was spacious and the location was perfect. There was a one-way street between the building and the beach and this street was very quiet. We'll most probably return.

When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception. When we dialled the telephone number while standing at the entrance, we could hear the phone at the reception ringing and see that there was nobody there. When we let the phone ring long enough, we got a message in Italian with three options. The third option was to dial another number, which we did. A man answered our call in Italian. In the end, it turned out that the hotel manager wasn't expecting us - she had overlooked our booking. The man who answered our call rushed to the hotel and gave us our key to the apartment. This, however, wasn't cleaned and the bed wasn't made because we weren't expected. The rest is too detailed for this review. When checking out a week later, I had to bargain for some sort of compensation. Lesson learned from our stay here is: for this accommodation, it's a good idea to speak either Italian or French.
