The apartment was perfectly comfortable in so many ways: the seaside view, the bed was very comfy, the location (perfect!) and all the amenities to make you feel at home. The owner was incredibly kind, she went out of her way to meet all our needs, from adjusting the payment due to a delayed flight to being friendly and helpful during our stay. We have had a dream trip because of Residence Costa Templada and dream of returning! Mille Gracie!

The balcony and the view! Also being in Ventimiglia - an exciting and interesting place.

Nothing really but you do have to boil your water for a cup of tea in a pan.

I have been staying in this Residence on several occasions and i have always loved the experience. The rooms have been recently refurbished and this made the residence even more cozy and lovely. The residence is right in front of the sea in a very quite part of Ventimiglia, 10minutes walk from the center of the city and the rail station. All the rooms have a very nice view of the sea and this makes the experience great. Waking up with the sound of the seagull in the morning and going to bed with the sound of the sea is invaluable and something i have really enjoyed. The rooms have more than what is needed and are very comfortable The person that manages the hotel is very nice and makes the experience unique. She is always ready to provide advises to the customers, having a chat and help with everything that is needed. The service in this restaurant is excellent. I definitely recommend this residence and will go back because i have just loved it!

Booked through booking.com. After arrival they showed a room with two pull-out sofa instead of a 35 sqm studio with a double and two single beds. In front of the window people were walking. When I complained they said that they did not promise balcony, which is true but which was not a problem. I refused to accept the room, so I left. They charged my credit card as a response. All I can say: take care.

The best location there is in ventimiglia, views on the sea, staff that makes you feel right at home. Roberto must be the nicest person you will meet during your vacation. The rooms are small but they include everything you might need. For a location and service as this you would expect to pay prime prices but not here. I will surely come back here again.
