The view from the restaurant/lobby, pool was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was good. There could have been a bigger variety of fruit etc.

The whole week we didn't get any fresh towels neither for the shower nor for the pool/beach (only for additional costs). Also the bed sheets were never changed which is especially in this hot weather not nice. Furthermore, the first day the toilet flooded and even flooded the whole garden area. We didn't even get a sorry for the inconvenience. She only said but we were there in 10 minutes. Yes they were but common. A 'we are truly sorry' would have been the minimum. There were also no umbrellas by the pool. People had to lay in the burning sun or fight for a shady place. Lunch had to be pre-ordered before 12.00 noon. How hard is it to prepare a few items which then can be heated up quickly. Also salads are not too hard to prepare on a short notice. Or fresh fruit. Furthermore, there was no English information about trips and activities. If Sardegna wants to be international they have to, at least, be able to communicate properly in English.

The view from our room and swimming area was amazing. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The bar and reception closed around 7:30pm, which seemed strange.

Nichts

Location - breakfast the same daily but enough to eat. The girl from Uruguay was very pleasant and attentive. Simon the beach shuttle driver took great care in his job and took it very seriously and always polite and pleasant . Shuttle constantly available for beach transport . Private beach nice and close. Place clean and all language books available for use so you don’t have to bring your own .

No parasols around pool ( why? ) so you couldn’t lie out by the pool. 3 might have been enough. On Booking.com it said pool was heated which is the sole Reason I chose this residence. I chose to pay more for this facility so I felt duped when I got there And that it had a hot pool ( maybe nice in evening ) the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold . It also said on B.com I’d booked a one bed apt but it was a room. This is a hilly site so be careful if your infirm - lots of steps if your in a room up back - only a view if standing on balcony from back rooms.

The coffee and cappuccino are amazing and always served with a smile.

Un'esperienza bellissima, non ci siamo mai rilassati così tanto. Stanze pulitissime (per farvi capire, pure gli angoli della doccia erano perfetti, che di solito non è cosa scontata). Inoltre ci hanno lasciato il posto in spiaggia anche nel giorno del checkout con possibilità di farci una doccia prima di partire nel pomeriggio. Questo davvero vuol dire prendersi cura del cliente. Grazie! Torneremo sicuramente

Risulta difficile trovare una cosa che non ci è piaciuta! Nulla da aggiungere :)

Le lieu, la piscine et accès à la plage, la vue depuis hôtel, la proximité du village

Manque de roomservice et changement de linge (seulement avec supplément)

Am besten war abgesehen von der hervorragenden Lage die Ruhe! Das bedeutet auch eine sehr gute Nachtruhe. Sehr git war auch dass man zum Strand einen Trasnport vom Hotel nutzen konnte und die Liegen und der Sonnenschirm am Strand gratis waren

Die Betwäsche sollte in der Mitte der Woche gewechselt werden
