"Great spot"

Veiws we're amazing, close to beach and a short (15 min) walk to town. Room was clean, comfortable and not overlooked.

We hadn't realised all facilities were closed when we booked as it was out of season and there was no cancellation option. It would have been great to have even a skeleton staff to open the bar or help with any enquiries.

"We loved our stay at Residence Fenicia"

I spent 5 days with my daughter at Residence Fenicia in april & we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean, and we loved both the pool area and the closeness to the majestic Simius beach. Residence Fenicia is in close proximity to beautiful walking trails, beaches and shopping - but is also tucked away on a quiet hillside. The view was magnificent! The staff very kind and helpfull! We will most definitely come back!

the garden was beautiful, well kept, freshly cut, and the view from the garden is outstanding

the buildings are not new, you can tell from the smell and apart from the garden, outside space and cleaning, everything else is three star. Would definitelly go for the ground floor rooms with garden, upper floor rooms are small. Garden is sloped not just stright up but also sideways. Garden access to beach is closed but the road way is 5 mins walk, shuttle from the residence is provided. They are not gluten free.

"Beautiful place, we had a great stay here!"

Absolutely stunning place with gorgeous views for miles! Room was lovely with a fab balcony too. Pool was nice and enough sun loungers around we always managed to get one. Great and regular shuttle service to the beach (or just a 10 min walk!)

Free breakfast is a nice touch but I am coeliac so couldn’t have any of it (apart from fruit). Would’ve been great to see some gluten free bread / biscuits to have something more substantial each morning. A bit of a long walk from the main town for dinner each night (25 mins). Fine if you have a car but a hard walk in the heat of the day if not!

Location could not be beaten, a 400m walk to beach, pool on site, a walk into Villasimius for food and shops. The pictures dont do the property justice.

"Superb"

Location was perfect for the beach and a short stroll to the town. Beautiful beach with clear blue water with a little electric buggy to drive you there regularly, although it's not far to walk. Very helpful, friendly staff. Perfect view from the pool.

Air conditioning was very poor and therefore the room was hot.
