Residence Fenicia

We had a great stay at Residence Fenicia in Villasimius. The apartment was cozy, practical, and had everything we needed – especially in the kitchen, which was really well equipped. Everyone at the reception was super helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The view from our terrace was stunning, with palm trees and blooming hibiscus bushes all around. The beach just below the property was honestly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen – crystal-clear water and soft sand. The short walk there was also really pleasant. The location is ideal – just around the corner from the lovely restaurant La Capanna, and close to the town center where you’ll find lots of amazing places to eat. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the surroundings and how guests are treated. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

The appartement desperately needs refurbishment! The furniture ist just old and without style. Very bad shower with unwanted „Kneipp“-sessions.

A Wonderful Stay at Residence Fenicia! We had such a lovely experience at Residence Fenicia! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Rose, the bartender, was especially warm and friendly—always smiling and such a pleasure to chat with. The shuttle driver was also incredibly kind and helpful, making it easy to get around when needed. The beach is just a short 3-minute shuttle ride or an easy 8-minute walk away. It’s located at the end of the path and feels peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—clean rooms, a gorgeous pool, and a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for lounging and enjoying the view. One of our favorite parts was the group of about 10 adorable cats that live on the property. They’re clearly well cared for by the staff and add a charming, homey touch to the stay. Restaurants and bars are about an 18-minute walk or a 7-minute drive, so it’s close enough for convenience but still tucked away enough for a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Residence Fenicia for a relaxing getaway with great service, kind people, and beautiful surroundings!

If I had to give any suggestions, it would be to add a full-length mirror in the rooms, consider some fruit fly control, and perhaps install more street lighting near the hotel for better visibility and safety at night. These are small things compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic.
