Ingen skilt/navn eller anvisning til hotellet ved ankomst Innsjekking kunne ikke gjøres i skranke, kun igjennom whatsapp (ikke informert om på forhånd) Utsjekkinh heller ikke via skranke. Ingen frokost. Ingen badehånkle til å låne ved soling /bading ved basseng.

I only like is the room n the view.

I don't like is the pillow is to tin,aircon is the worst not cool.hot went sleep .

I stayed at Batam for 4 Days 3 Nights, and this room (apartment) made my family of 4 feel like home while making us feel very comfortable (considering my previous stay in nagoya hill resort where the place looks so run down). Checking in was quite simple and the host was very responsive. The wifi provided was very good!! No lagging and super fast!! (My favorite) Home appliances like microwaves and eletric kettle were provided too! The beds are very comfy and smelled nice, and the bunk bed furniture is well maintained which provided a sense of security when climbing up. The surrounding location is very safe as there are security guards ensuring non property guests were being asked to go away after a certain timing. And the doorman is very cheerful and would always greet us with a smile, there is also a 24hrs k-mart which allows us to purchase any things that we would require throughout the day, and lastly the restaurant provides nice food (but a bit costly) and had a nice ambience to it.

The swimming pool was under cleaning since thursday till friday and it was very hot when we went there in the morning for a swim which only allows us to stay there for 20mins. (Would recommend to build a shade or place a canvas to provide cover. Some of the furniture may need repair e.g. shower head holder was loose, the main door need to force slightly to close it properly, main bedroom curtain holder was loose. Noise from ferry terminal may be slightly loud for some, e.g. horns from boats.

A very strategic location. Facilities surrounding within walking distance. Room AF level 8 good seaview

All is good. No complain. Only short of numbers of pillow. Should consider placed 2 pillows each pax. Example if the apartment cater for 5pax it should include 10 pillows
