The location is great. The sea view is unblocked.

An extra set of pillow m and blanket would be helpful. The cups could be more thoroughly wash or replace as it is showing the stain from coffee or tea.

"Good location but facility (elevator) is disappointing"

The location is near the shopping mall.

The elevator is very slow, and most of the time, it is full that we couldnt enter. There is only 1 access card to take the elevator. Thus, it is so inconvenient and frustrating.

"Pleasant stay at One Residence with my family."

The room that we got is a connecting room on the 20th floor. It has a sea facing balcony. It is within walking distance from the ferry terminal and mega mall. There is a mart also making it easier for us to buy snacks and drinks.

Location and staff and amenities is very good. Near to shopping mall and also to ferry terminal.

Apartment keep on having power trip and also quite frustrating as to off few switches just to boil water for drinking. Sofa bed was not as comfy as enbed as the cushion was worn out.

The sea view is great. Water boiler and fridge provided. Gym and swimming pool available.

However, the apartment has a smell, walls are cracked, toilet bowl got some yellowish stains, and the water heater broke down when we arrived! The building is new but the lift not in good condition, need to wait 5-10 mins and we had a bad experience in the lift during the visit. Air conds for one of the rooms not cold enough, no remote control found. Many improvements could be done
