Just location of the apartment, right next to the beach.

Well firstly the owner should've mentioned that's its out of season and the whole complex was like a ghost town, nothing open we were the only family. To buy something you had to go to the city centre. The only time I saw the owner was when he came to give the key to the apartment, never saw him again.

The sheets weren’t clean, they asked us to clean it ourselves, they made us buy detergent also to clean the sheets !!!!! They knocked on the door, before check out like more than half and hour ??? They check us in after one hour ?

The place is good and the family atmosphere can be felt in Porto Matrouh as whole. The unit has good air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. There's also a well equipped kitchen with pots, microwave and water boiler to make tea. So it was convenient for our stay. The garden is also very good and had swing and table and chairs.

The staff interaction wasn't that good. They reached out and knocked the door multiple times before checkout time which was annoying. At the end they asked just to leave the key. The chalet wasn't well cleaned and you can see coffee stains in the table. It's also far from the city center so you need a car and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city.

Had an amazing stay at a chalet in Porto Matrouh! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The view of the sea was stunning, and it was the perfect spot to relax. A huge shoutout to Dr. Abdelmoneim for his incredible hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect and made us feel right at home. Can't recommend this place enough – definitely a 10/10 experience! Thanks, Dr. Abdelmoneim!

The view and location is amazing. There is a rocky beach as well as a sandy one for swimming. The chalet interior is very good and well-furnished. The first impression with Mr.Abdelmonem was really 👍 His treatment and greeting were welcoming and professional. He was always available for help and support whenever I asked 🙏 Overall, my experience with Porto Matrouh was outstanding and remarkable.

Almost non except with the aqua park which I assume should be entitled for kids only! In addition, the pools were also kids only with not enough umbrellas.
