Our experience with this property was completely unacceptable. Although we informed the property about our arrival time in advance, nobody was there to welcome us. No documents were checked, there was no proper check-in process, and we were only directed to the room over the phone through a camera system. The ground-floor apartment assigned to us already had its doors wide open when we arrived. As soon as we entered, we discovered extremely poor hygienic conditions. The room was full of insects, including types of bugs I had never seen before in my life. We also noticed what appeared to be mouse droppings and other traces of pests/reptiles. We could not stay inside for more than five minutes and immediately left the property. The atmosphere of the place was dark, neglected and unsafe. There was no staff available to assist us, no proper reception, no guest support and no real attempt to solve the situation. Honestly, it felt more like an abandoned building than a functioning accommodation facility. What makes this even more disturbing is that our experience clearly does not seem isolated. Previous reviews repeatedly mention the same issues: insects, terrible smells, lack of cleanliness, absence of staff, rooms not matching the photos, windowless unhealthy rooms and rude or aggressive responses from the property owner. Unfortunately, our experience matched these complaints exactly. Even worse, despite the fact that we effectively received no accommodation service at all, our refund request was refused. Under basic consumer protection standards, this should clearly be considered a defective and unacceptable service. Providing guests with unhealthy and unsafe conditions while refusing to take any responsibility afterward is beyond unacceptable. At this point, this no longer feels like simple bad management, but a systematic way of mistreating guests. This is absolutely not a place suitable for families, especially those travelling with small children.

Neurejenost posestva, vse je zaprašeno (stopnišče, hodnik, mreže na oknih, polkne..), stare brisače, neudobna trda in mala postelja, čudne blazine, nedelujoč hladilnik, TV je dimenzije prenosnika, umazani stoli, vse je v temno rjavi barvi in brez primerne razsvetljave (kot bi bil v skladišču).

Staff gentile e molto disponibile, eravamo presenti per una sola notte per un evento. Spazi ampi e ben disposti. Silenzio notturno. Siamo stati bene e lo consiglio

The room was renovated and well organized, but it could benefit from a higher standard of cleanliness. A few hairs were found around the room; however, the overall level of cleaning was acceptable
