Location was nice, and the beds were nice, and I liked that I could check in super late at night.

No toilet paper was provided, and I couldn't reach anyone about it until the final day of my stay.

Everything bed was uncomfortable, toilet didn’t flush right, when u took a shower the floor got all wet, no one around to help

Oceanfront

Smell of Marijuana as soon as you walk in the building. No spoons, 2 forks, I have to take the trash when I paid a cleaning fee. Hard beds, dirty pillows had to go buy some. 1 chair on the balcony when there were 2 of us. No lobby, no on-site management . No heat had to go buy blankets. Pool was nasty chairs just thrown out there.

It honestly wasn’t a bad stay. I enjoyed the location on the beachfront. I definitely had higher expectations because of the price I paid, but it wasn’t awful. It was peak season so price was to be expected. We ran into an issue with a tripped breaker for the kitchen appliances and it took a little effort to get ahold of someone in Maintenance. After that they quickly came to our rescue. The people were extremely helpful and pleasant. The little store across the street was a bit pricey so we avoided that. Oh the room was a bit damp feeling bc of the humidity I was told. That never really got any better, even with following managements suggestions. It was a bit uncomfortable at times feeling like everything was damp. I guess that’s to be expected during the hot months though. But all in all it was a good trip, and we had everything we needed during our stay. I did buy a cheap broom and dust pan to try and keep it swept up, that would be a nice addition to the rooms. Checking in and out was simple, basically no contact, which is cool with me. They were available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the hospitality.

The room was so nasty I didn’t stay there. It was dirty, bugs crawling on the kitchen counter and sink. Sofa was dirty and worn out I wouldn’t even sit on it. Room smelled bad. I didn’t even bring m luggage in for fear I would take critters with me. I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s that were much nicer and cleaner. They should invest back into their property. It felt unsafe. It was a waste of hard earned money. The only thing going for it was the ocean view.

The location was excellent and the oceanfront view was spectacular. I actually liked the unconventional check in procedure and no housekeeping service. I didn’t have to wait in line and the email with the door codes arrived precisely at 4pm. I knew what to expect, and no one bothered us at all.

Could have been a bit cleaner and include things like a bath mat towel, or even hand towels, better pillows, dish soap, a broom.
