The entire building smelled of mold and mildew. Our floor smelled like marijuana. Complained to the phone number provided and individual was very rude. Spoke with manager and he was absolutely AMAZING! Very understanding and accommodating. Very apologetic as well. We got a refund for the days not spent and moved hotels. This is not a good place to stay for families.

The room was clean and nice, I like that it was not contact check and just using codes to get in.

The water was not hot when showering, that there was only 2 pillows, the outlets behind the bed didn’t work, water was dripping down to our balcony from somewhere above.

It was a great location for the price. No Hot Tub which was disappointing but other than that It was quite and relaxing.

The photos of what we booked must have been from 10 years ago. Everything was run down, the bathroom door didn’t even close, the shower was narrow trickle and no hot water the dial wouldn’t turn past luke warm (maybe 60 degree water temp) so taking a shywas a nightmare. We went to go to the indoor hot tub and pool only to find it full of concrete and not in operation. The beds were VERY uncomfortable the springs poked in our backs, legs and hips all night no matter what bed we tried to lay in (we had a 2 queen bed room). Only one chair on the balcony so only one person could sit at a time so sitting outside relax was not possible. I wish I would have known all of this prior to booking because what was dead definitely NOT what we got!!!!

Don’t recommend lots of dog poop outside floors are dirty and they charge you to bring more towels and toilet paper. You get one roll of toilet paper and 1 set of towels.

2 closets with 3 hangers, no hairdryer, no iron, broken coffee maker with no coffee. You are supposed to wash your dishes when you leave, with what? One of the mattresses was 6 inches thicker than the other. I felt like I was sleeping in a toddler bed and the mattresses were beyond horrible. We could smell marijuana coming through the vents in the bathroom, not to mention the hallways. Used condoms on the sidewalk outside the hotel. Should I continue? Don’t stay there unless you are desperate!

The room was clean, never saw a person all week, no maid; clean towels, no garbage emptied; lots of work being done on property, but otherwise had an enjoyable time

This place is disgusting! There was a spot of poop beside the toilet, what appeared to be black mold along the floor boards, the slider on the balcony glass door was so old and rusted, I couldn’t even get the door open! Lastly, the shower stall has fiberglass finish on the floor (who would make a shower like that) and I slipped and almost cracked my head open!! When I complained to Management and asked for a portion of my money refunded, I was told “we’ll look into it”! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

Every time we leave the room and come back it was a different smell. It smelled like dog and smoke and we don’t smoke.

While it was a good rate, sometimes you get what you pay for. We stayed 3 nights (2 adults). We had 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for the entire stay. No hand towels. 2 dish towels, no dish rags. No bath mat. If we wanted more, it would have been $50. There was no hair dryer. We were given 1 of those tiny bars of soap for the entire stay. It was far from clean. My socks I brought to wear in the room were black after 2 days. We felt the bed linens were clean, but the pillows inside the pillow cases were terribly stained. The center support on one of the beds would not stay up.
